On our unique journeys, we have learned valuable lessons and grown along the way. Now, we utilize our diverse backgrounds to help others in our lives.
Trent — Long before I became a real estate agent, I learned the value of hard work from amazing parents. Whether running my childhood paper route along the streets of Concord, CA or chucking hay bales as a teenager in Preston, Idaho, my parents encouraged me to forge my own way. I feel fortunate to have been raised by them and to translate the values they exemplify into my own life.
My world turns around my wife and our four incredible children. I met my wife at Brigham Young University shortly before graduating. We feel so privileged to be raising our family in this area with all it has to offer. Our favorite form of family time is spent out on the water in the beautiful surrounding lakes. We also love serving together within our faith community.
Becoming an agent in 2004, I only had a few short years in the industry before the historic 2007 housing crash. I saw first-hand the toll the financial crisis took on many homeowners during the recession that followed. These formative years have had a lasting impact on me as a real estate agent. I came to recognize that real estate transactions are often personal and pivotal life experiences. Delivering the best possible outcome for my clients has become a passion.
I have been privileged to work with the very best in the industry. I have been the #2 agent on the #1 team in our county for the last 10+ years running. This has been invaluable to my professional growth and my ability to offer the highest level of service to my clients. I derive the most satisfaction from helping people. In both my personal and professional life, I strive to live by P.T. Barnum’s motto, “The noblest art is that of making others happy.”
Andi — In 2003, my husband, Kaleb, and I were thrilled with the birth of our baby girl. This sweet addition made us a family of four, along with our 5-year-old son, Jakob. We realized that a beautiful new chapter was beginning for us. We also became keenly aware that we were outgrowing our first little home!
I didn’t know selling our home would set me on a course toward my dream job.
We hired a real estate agent to put the house up for sale. What followed was a stressful experience that left me with the deflated feeling that we were just another transaction. I was working as a waitress at the time, and a real estate agent who frequented the restaurant would often chat with me about entering the industry. I hadn’t really been interested up to that point. However, my own disappointing experience sparked the realization that I could do better for families like my own. I earned my real estate license in 2005 and never looked back.
Real estate has been a rewarding career path, and I have worked hard to build a trusted reputation with my clients. I am proud to provide service that values the people involved while also delivering the most competitive results. I have had tremendous success in the industry, performing in the top 1% of agents in the tri-county area. While proud of these professional accolades, I derive the most satisfaction from happy customers.
From a small-town waitress to a successful real estate agent, I have remained rooted in my faith and family. Our family continues to grow with the addition of my grandson, Elijah! He stops me in my tracks every day and is a perfect reminder of what is most important. Real estate is my passion; family and faith are my foundation.
