Review for Andi TLDR: Andi Wagner is the only realtor you should be using for looking for a place in El Dorado county! We started our search for a vacation home in the Pollock Pines area a couple months ago. We had such lovely family memories of summers camping at Pinecrest lake and wanted to look for a more permanent home base to enjoy that area year round. A friend of mine who knows the Sierras well from his travels with family and friends recommended I look at Pollock Pines. We liked the nice balance between having a mountain home and being relatively close to a large suburban area for necessities and resources that one may miss such as Folsom and even downtown Placerville. As it turned out, a coworker has family there and introduced us to Andi. I spent some time chatting with her about my interests, and she answered all my questions - such as, what’s up with septic tanks and leech lines and things that one needs to take into account in purchasing a vacation home in the Sierra foothills - short of going all the way to Tahoe. We ended up going up to your homes for a weekend. As city folks who had not spent much time in the mountains, she was super patient and empathetic, explaining the terrain and what the roads, etc would be like during winter storms. She even pointed out as we were driving the shadows from the trees on the road would tend to cause icy spots during winter. Something we never would have thought of. As we toured each home, she pointed out things about the house that might indicate damage or concern. She was so thorough with her observations, you would think she was looking at the home for herself. We really appreciated that she had only our interest in mind: not a quick home sale.
